Graphic Designer

Location: Charleston, SC (Hybrid/Remote possible)
Type: Full-time (Contract/Part-time options considered)

About the role
You’ll create elegant, high-impact visuals for our website, ads, emails, and social channels—keeping our brand soft, feminine, and conversion-focused.

Responsibilities
Design on-brand web assets (banners, product visuals, size guides, icons).
Create campaign visuals for social, email, and paid ads (Meta/IG/FB).
Edit and refine product imagery (retouching, clean compositions, soft tones).
Maintain a cohesive brand identity (typography, color, spacing, templates).
Collaborate with marketing on creative concepts, testing, and improvements.

Requirements
Experience in Graphic Design (e-commerce/fashion is a plus).
Skilled in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator (Figma or After Effects is a plus).
Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual balance.
Able to work efficiently and adapt quickly.
A portfolio that reflects your style and capabilities.

Retail Sales Associate (Boutique Experience)

Location: Charleston, SC (On-site)
Type: Part-time/Full-time

About the role
You create a warm, personal in-store experience—helping women feel confident, comfortable, and truly seen.

Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with genuine, personal styling advice.
Support sizing and fit to ensure every customer leaves feeling confident.
Maintain a beautiful boutique space (merchandising, restocking, fitting rooms).
Handle purchases and exchanges according to policy.
Build relationships through client care and follow-ups.

Requirements
Retail experience (fashion/boutique preferred).
Warm, friendly communication style with attention to detail.
Reliable, flexible, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
